HELP: oil smelling exhaust

Guys,

I though the last few days it was someone else's old truck. This morning, I realize while it's not terribly cold out and there is no visable smoke. The exhaust smells oily.
Truck is only indicating 130,000 miles- maybe rebuild the turbo? I will check the oil level to if it is going down fast.

take the exhaust clamp off and the bellhousing bolt for the exhaust off and try to have a look into the downpipe and see if it is oily or dry

was thinking that, and the cooler pipe next to the turbo, they can leak pre engine, more importantly, feel the compressor shaft for movement, side to side, and in and out. you can tolerate slight wiggle.
