Oil PSI Question ???

For those of you who are running an oil pressure gauge, I have a question....
With a cold engine I run 40 psi @ 600 rpm, and 80 while driving softly while letting warm up, I know that the blow off is somewhere in the 65 lb range,,
Now for the Q
After the enging is run for many highway miles, and quite warm,,, I idle at 550 rpm and hold 20 lbs no matter how hot, and 40-45 lbs when above 1500 rpm or so, I will keep the 40-45 lbs no matter how high the rpms,,, Does this seem normal?
The fsm says no lower that 10 psi at idle, and I think 20 at rev limit, so I am above those #s,,, But am interested in what the real world says!
Thank you for any imput!
Peter.

You numbers sound fine. I see about what you are seeing.
