Nv4500 dual disc clunking

Hey yall, just finished up my NV4500 with hybrid 3250/3600 South Bend dual disc. Thing shifts great and boy does it grab. Anyway on to the issue at hand. Clutch has roughly 400 miles, along with throw out bearing. Transmission has 200 miles on it since full rebuild. Dealer supplied NV fluid. Driveshaft balanced with all new u joints and carrier bearing when installed 400 mines ago. Basically everything from the back of the block to the front of the rear end is new. While driving and under acceleration, when I let of the throttle quickly their is an odd "clunk" sound. Doesn't do it while accelerating accept in 5th if i let off the clutch under moderate acceleration. But in every gear, while accelerating if i rapidly let of the throttle..... "clunk". Any ideas from you NV gurus. Thank you in advance

Nope, can't think of anything other than perhaps slop in the rear?

Mine does the same thing, but I have almost 200K on it.
