Do you still have your 1st gen? I thought you were going to sell it? Yeah, I see a few running around in Port Orchard. My 93' is one of a kind........only silver/red paint job in town with a blue canopy!

I decided to keep it. Mine is red/silver with dents only on the drivers side. My dad drives it half the time so I can borrow his Corolla need the better gas mileage. I decided the only way I would get rid of mine was to get another 1st gen that is 4x4 and 91.5-93 or if I found a good deal on a VW TDI since those are good on fuel economy but that is a big if, not a fan of small cars.

Glad to hear that you still have your 1st gen. I really don't see myself getting rid of mine. These pickups are very "upgradeable".........just keep adding goodies to them. Maybe I'll catch you around town driving your rig?

Yeah good trucks mine just needs the door hinge worked on so the door doesn't fly open in turns if you forget to lock it.

Yeah, I have some door hinge issues with mine. The driver side door can be opened 90* because the bottom hinge is ripped out of the door! The passenger side door has worn out hinge pins, so you have to slam the door to get it to close all the way tight. Good grief!

One of these days winter will finally go home and us NW 1st gen folks can get out and have a gathering. Anyone have any good ideas for a meet-up?

Maybe sometime in late July or August. Got to find someplace with enough room for us if we do a over nighter.

Seen a kid drivin' a 91-93 club cab W250 after high school let out. You know who this guy is or seen him before? The pickup is all silver and original looking.

A day run somewhere could be fun. It would be pretty neat to see a convoy of 1st gens rolling down the highway. Or we could crash a NHRDA event. They've already run at PIR and Pacific Raceways, but the Bremerton race is coming up on May 3rd. The Woodburn race is in August and the race in Medford is in September. The Medford race would be a long drive for the Washington and Portland area guys, though.
