Non I/C guys with HTT upgrade
Hey guys, how exactly did you connect your new HTT housing to the stock non I/C intake? I'm thinking I need to get a 2.5" to 2" reducer and just clamp it on top of the V-Band connection on the new housing. Any ideas? Thanks
Tell Paul at HTT that you have a non-ic truck when ordering and he'll send you a housing that's just like the one on the truck now, only bigger
Check out www.stylinmotors.com (site sponsor) they set me up with a 2-2.5 adapter--great customer service
I also cut my crossover pipe back about 1-1.5 inches, since the angle doesn't work out perfectly, and the crossover pipe is just plain too long. It takes longer to type it than it does to do it---just make sure you get all the filings out of the x-over pipe and away from the intake and turbo etc...
