Hi All,
I am the proud owner of a 1991 Dodge 250 Cummins diesel truck. My son is turning 16 soon and would like to drive it as his own. We are starting to get it back to its original glory. I have few questions I hoped some of you experienced pros could help us with.

1st - The Actuator Recirculating and A/C mode doors seem to be impossible to get. If the that is the case? -if anyone knows where I could get them??..what is the material that is in both of those? Can you get some to replace the old worn out material?

2nd - The Actuators themselves. Are these available if mine are defective?

Any and all help greatly appreciated or links in this site where these things were/are discussed.

if your not near a pick a part yard, the doors might be tough to get, as are the servos, a member on this forum, "oliver foster" has huge inventory of parts, ebay will sometimes help, otherwise others might chime in for your request, you did put a vacuum hold test on the servos right? congrats on the sons rig, please post pics.

 

check the doors in the HVAC unit, the hinge pins seize up in the box
