simplified....

take off the fuel lines on the top of the injectors, move them off to the side gently... take out the small banjo bolts on the side of the injectors and move the return line off to the side gently... take off the big retaining nut and then use this tool to pull out the injectors.

clean out the bores and re-install the injectors. torque the large nuts to 44 ft lbs. hook up all of the lined you removed. start the truck and see if it runs. if its rough you may need to bleed the lines but i didnt have to when i did mine.

The little fuel return banjo bolts will break pretty easy so be carefull with them. Not sure of the torque spec.

make sure stuff is clean, take your time and do things the way you think is best... its really an easy job so taking your time is a good thing.

the only problem i has was the copper u-washers. i put them on backwards from the way they were on before and there was a recessed area from where the banjo bolt's head had been before. when i turned the leaking ones around so the recessed area was on the bolt side, the leak went away.

Glad to hear you got them already!! Like others said, fairly easy install. Feel free to call if you get in a bind today. Let me know how you like them.

ok gentlemen, I know you guys said to torque the injector retaining nuts down to 45 ft pounds, but.. what if half some of the retaining nuts thread down a lot tougher than others? I torqued them all down tight to the head but I was having to use a cheater pipe. So..I loosened them back up because their only sposed to be torqued to 45, so what do I need to do?...My only concern is that if I torque them all to 45.. i think a few retaining nuts will not be threaded in as far.
