new 2nd gen seats (pics)!!!!!

finally got them in way more comfy than the old broke down bench if any of you are thinking of doing it it is well worth it

ya i took off the old ones and welded up a square angle iron frame around the seat tracks in the 2nd picture you can see how i secured it to the floor the back bracket i bolted it into the old seat belt hole for more strength in a crash

Nice setup!! Are those out of an extended cab truck? They are comfy aren't they. My seats in my 99 half ton were more comfy than in my 04.5 3/4 ton.

Those do look good in there. I have a 1999 2500 sport and those seats after a long drive will let you know that you have been driving, they bet you up pretty good. Now the Stock buckets in my 1993 W250 on long drives are nice and comfy and pretty nice if you have to sleep in the truck on trips, i just got back from a 1300 mile 28 hour trip and still felt good after it now if i would have took the 99 i would have been done after 700 miles.
