WEell before you get that giant turbo you'll need fuel. which means custom injectors and pump mods and a good fuel system. start out with the basics for now. pump tweaks. BHAF. exhuast. get used to everything
what tranny does it have? this will hold you back

How about we start with the basic necessities: Gauges. You will need a boost gauge (60 psi), pyrometer, and fuel pressure gauge. With this you can then moniter what is going on.
From there your pocket book is the limiting factor.
Welcome aboard!

sweet. you should get a clutch before you add big power. Its just good to have because you never know about your future upgrades. Go with a southbend CON FE 13 inch. That will handle all your power needs...For right now look in the sticky article at the top of the forum for simple pump tweaks. Id start seriously thinking about injectors.
Custom EDM 6x16s seem to be what everyone likes. you could send your stockers out to scheid diesel and get them custom cut to 6x0.16.
do you already know about the VE pump itself? like the tweaks and stuff?

no i dont know much about pump tweaks i was reading on purecummins.com about something called a smokey power pin is that something i would want also they have alot of diffrent injectors on that site and i was wondering which are better and as a side note as of right now i have 4 inch staight pipe exhaust dumping out right behind the drivers door is that like ok im fairly handy with a welder and i did it myself one of my buddies has a mandrel bender and thats how i got the bends in it so there arent really any kinks either
As far as fuel pins go, I would buy a DennyT stage II fuel pin. Everybody that runs one loves it, and I will be buying one shortly. He says you can expect around a 40hp gain from stock, and they are $100 to your door. If you are interested, you can PM him on here. But before we can help you with your mods, we need some pics of the truck
