need help with install

Exclamation need help with install

my 16cm exhaust housing for my turbo just came in today. what do i have to do to get the old one off and put the new one on

Remove the turbo off the exhaust manifold. Remove the 4 bolts that go into the housing and start beating the housing off the turbo. Good penetrating oil and some heat will be helpful. Just be careful if you use heat cause there are seals in the turbo. I am sure they will take some heat just be careful.

When you are beating on the housing keep turning the compressor wheel and make sure you aren't cocking the housing and binding on the exhaust wheel.

Remove the 4 nuts, it will fall off.

yea but they are like really tight and theres no way to fit anything but a 15mm wrench

Use your nuts.

They'll come off. Maybe use a jack handle on the wrench for a cheater.
