Narrowing a Dana 70
How much can a Dana 70 from a '94 2500 be narrowed without re-splining the axles? Can the axles be easily re-splined (splines extended) or are the axles tapered? I'm putting a 55 chevy body over a narrowed/shortened '99 frame and ibstalling my '94 drivetrain (Cummins. auto transission, Dana 70).
