Never mind the mess.....trying to wrap up the intercooler install, which caused my old grille inserts to need attention. So I figured, why mess with them....



Of course, they are not finished yet, still need to brace and secure them. Ill probably get them done and stick my bumper on and not be able to see them lol.

Those are nice, I just scored some of those oval LED turn lights that have the little arrows in them tonight. If Im off sunday my gauges and those will be going in, then everything on the front end will be LED expect the headlights.

Oh and the material is .020 thick stamped clover leaf metal from Lowes. $40 for a sheet big enough for this project, plus some 1/8" metal rod Im gonna frame the inserts with.

I did my first in diamond plate aluminum about the same size as yours and found coolant temps ran a little high so I went to SS and used the next size up - cools the same as before now. I like the cloverleaf design - looks great.
