Just for laughs, I thought I would share this with you guys that have the old cummins with the three speed auto. Mine with the stock gov spring would top out at 73mph...now I have the 3200 spring and it goes up to 80-82 or so.

Anyway, supercop pulls up to a gas station that I pulled into and says he clocked at 73 in a 55, and cited me for it.

Do I get a prize? I mean, my truck going 73 on a hwy that is posted at 55, no way. I didn't even come from the direction where he was running radar.

Long story short, the judge didn't believe me

 

Appeal it. Take it to a jury trial. I'm not sure what state you are in, but if you are in Texas I can get you pretty much all the traffic laws if you want.
