I'm ready to pull the trigger but it doesn't seem to distinguish between standard cab and club. I've not heard back yet from the store. Ya'll with club cabs, did the Diamond Eye Performance Exhaust Systems K4211A fit?

It's been over a year since I did mine, but I believe that is the kit I got for my club, it came in a bunch of sections. I used every piece of pipe in the kit, a regular cab would probably have a left over section of pipe. I got mine from TV Diesel, I called them and told them I had a club cab and they sent me the kit.

I installed this exhaust on my 89' RC long bed and had extra pieces left over. We did a little cutting and adjusting to get it to fit exactly like I wanted. You won't have a problem.

Thanks guys. I was kinda thinking maybe one kit fit all and regular cabs would just have a piece or two left over. Doesn't seem real cost efficient but I guess the bean counters decided extra pipe is cheaper than stocking multiple packages...

There isn't an extra pipe. there is one left long so you can cut it to fit.

Got it ordered.

I assume it comes with u-bolts and not band clamps correct? The site just says hardware included.

A couple of the brackets have hangers of different sizes to mount up to the factory mounts. I used two of them and then welded a generic bracket on the last section to firmly hold the pipe in place. You won't have any problem.

Finally a "warm" day and I'm installing the Diamond Eye.

Question:
Does it mount to the bellhousing at all? I'm not replacing the factory pipe, I had a Pinnacle in before this and fabed a mount to the bell housing but I don't remember if stock had one or not?

It didn't come with instructions or directions so I'm winging it. I have two regular uclamps, 3 uclamps with "J" hooks and a little "L" shaped bracket with 3 holes in it.

Thanks,

Duh. Never mind, I found the instructions attached to the little box of hardware that was in the big box. Doesn't look like it attaches to the bellhousing.

Your downpipe is not supported at the bellhousing?
Mine at one time fell off and cracked the flange at the turbo.

Jim, no I would need to fabricate a new bracket to have it fit the 4" pipe.

I've got it all together and trying to line everything up. No matter what I do I can only get about 1/4" from the transfer case. Is that as good as anybody else has gotten?

Do the best you can with the clearance, it won't be much. I also could not attach mine to the bell housing.
