It says he is running 38-40psi, and barking in 2nd gear. The stock turbo doesn't like much above 35psi, (or so I've heard) and I don't see where he posted what his pyro is reading. He also says he has a turbo on the way.
I think it would be better to get an upgraded turbo, for the simple fact that the stock turbo was designed for use on a stock truck. That is just my opinion though.
