manual fuel shutoff not working

manual fuel shutoff not working

my buddy can not kill his truck with the switch or the manual lever. is the injection pump shot or is it another problem?

i think you can index that lever just like the throttle linkage/shaft. maybe its just not going far enough to stop fuel flow.

Probably time for resealing the pump.

Like someone already said, I sort of think the kill-lever is indexed and could be off a spline or two.
