Well guys a couple months I decided I wanted a 4x4, so i stupidly sold my 91 to buy a f250 w/the 460.Well long story short the ford was a lemon and now I'm driving a 2000 2wd v6 f150 with no character what so ever.After all this I'm broke of course and hating ever getting rid of her. Until I save up for another one I will just be checking the site becauase you guys teach me something new every time I get on here.

 

thats a bummer my buddy is thinking of going that route i am trying to talk him out of it but idk its his choice

 

Always been a ford man but the cummins is the best motor I have ever had. Plus this forum is the most helpful one I have seen. I will own another first generation cummins one day even if I have to give 10 grand for it(Of course gotta save some money up again).

 

Well just dont ever make that mistake again, If you still have the 4x4 just put a cummins motor in it. You can get 1st gen motors for a good price

 

Definately will never make a mistake like that again. Got rid of that thing the first chance I got. I like the look of the old dodges though. I guess it's the character. Can't wait to have another one.

 

I know, i love that body style, had an 85 d100 then an 89 ramcharger 4x4 now i have a 91 cummins, loved every one of them... they all have their time to come and go. The next one is almost always better than your first.(unless you buy new that is)
