lugnut size on 92 dodge diesel daully

is the tread size is 5/8? if so were can i find acorn chrome lugnuts for them.thank you

stud is a 5/8 X18thread any good tire shop should be able to get the lug nuts. for uthe last i checked they sold for 80.00 for the set.
