Lug nut broken, not stud, just nut

Being the shade tree hacker that I am, I have always just had shops rotate my tires. After reading tonight, I know better.
Well, today I notice a broken nut on the passanger side front and rear wheels. It's just the nut, or I hope.
Can I just replace the nut?
Should I replace all wheel studs? (1/2 inch? as I think it's still stock)
Where to buy a good set of studs.
At 140K, should I just replace all of them?
If I replace all of the wheel studs, can I do it with the hub still on the axle.
I only ask b/c I am not supposed to work on my truck where I rent, and after spilling 6 quarts of atf this weekend on a 40' stip of the driveway (I forgot to tighten the clamps on sender line when planning for the trans cooler install).
shade tree hacker I know.
But I got the derale pan on, new filter and did the band adjusts. Just wasn't planning on a full atf change
I am half tempted to follow the sticky show how to replace seals and lube everything up.

thanks for helping

if the stud isnt loose or if it doesnt have any stripped threads, I wouldn't bother replacing it. The hub would need to be removed in order to press or drive them out. It involves thaking a few things apart in order to get the wheel hubs off.
