In love with your 1st gen
Exactly. They can't touch us. I kinda want an extended cab or a crew though. Only problem is it would be so much heavier, and I am really attached to my first gen cuz my dad bought it new when I was 2 years old. Guess I gotta have 2. lol
I love my 1st gen cuz It used to be my grandpas and would always ride around with him in it when i was younger and worked with him, I fell in love with the truck then and my love for it has grown even more since i have it now.

So thought the owners of the smokey diesel water pumps that were broadcast on 60 Minutes or what ever nation wide TV show that was originated in California. It didn't take long before all the old agricultural pumps that were required to meet newly adopted emissions regulations began to disappear. The key words in that show were "smokey" and "polluting" which caught the attention of the media and the wrong crowd with friends in the government. This attention in turn started the campaign to get rid of the old smokey polluting diesel engines and succeeded at all of the owners expense. I'm old enough to see that what starts in California is used as a test bed for the rest of the country. It CAN happen again!
Personally, my truck is a love & hate relationship. I love the truck but hate the engineered cost cutting measures that we are all paying for now.

I love my first gen but I might have to sell it before the end of the summer because of money. I am planning to go to university and I won't be able to afford to go without selling the truck unless a miracle happens.

but seriously man, you gotta figure somethin out, we can't lose any more 1st gen brothers!
I love my truck because people with newer diesels under estimate it. The other night some guy in a dmax truck was laughing when I inched up on him at a red light then when it turned green I whipped him. He wasnt laughing anymore at the next light haha. Oh yea and the occasional ricer kill too.

Looks like im going to be driving a cummins ford crew cab shortly
