I would like to see more made out of aluminum, similar to mine.

The bumper is three piece. Trying to narrow down a long straight section would be a lot of cutoff wheel time. So I used the uprights as a splice point. The sections are 10 gage or 1/8" steel.

If you try to MFG a bumper like mine. Keep the outer end no smaller than 7". Anything less will allow a view of the bottom ends of the fenders. The first bumper I built had 5" ends on it. That bumper is on a firends truck.

I did not build this, I found it in a junkyard. It's sold now though. It wasn't my style. I go for the grandpa truck look.

Attached are some front and rear bumper picturs from my rig. The bumpers are made by Buckstop.

I really like the way that front bumper looks. And it fits the truck good too. How much did it cost, if ya don't mind me asking?

As a package deal the front and rear bumpers, PIAA lights, tow hooks, brackets, and bolts powdercoated was in the $1200 range.

It does look clean and quality built. What is the weight on that front bumper? Looks pretty heavy, which isin't a bad thing.
