Leaky injection pump...again.

Two years ago I had my injection pump rebuilt. They said it was in excellent condition so they didn't have to do much to it (seals, o-rings, etc).

This weekend the truck was idling in my driveway while I was working on the AC system trying to recharge it and track down the electrical bug.

And....I looked under the truck and a one-foot wide stain was growing where the fuel was leaking from the front of the pump. I was kinda irritated.

Now it's 100 degrees, no AC AND it leaks. Doh!

Maybe they didn't torque a bolt down?

Very possible. I just called the shop and though they are closed tomorrow one guy is working and told me I could bring it by and he'd take a look at it. May be something he can fix/tighten/adjust right there.

Could be something as easy as an o-ring on the control valve, good luck.
Look in the sticky.
