Leaf spring question

My 92 W-350 has a GM 14 bolt which is offset to the rear (not centered in the fenderwell with bed on) does anybody have the dimensions of the overall length and each end to center unsprung cause they are off the truck. Would like to correct this problem if I can find exactly what the problem is. Also how many leafs do these trucks run mine has like 11 or 12 don't think this is right either. Any info would be great.

You owe me a beer....

Those are for the front. You can now find your rears in the same locations.

Gladly thats a small price price to pay for good info. Thanks a bunch. Still trying to figure out just exactly what has been done. Looked at the Chevy leaf packs on there and even they dont have as many leafs as mine has. I'll check the dimensions this evening.

Ok next question. Talked to SDspring in the above post my spring pack had correct numbers indicating a 10 leaf pack 24x28x52 overall length. According to them this was a heavy duty option. The question is why does the axle not set centered in the fenderwell? Could it be the shackles? Does anyone know what the dimensions of stock shackles are? Any other suggestions why the axle would be offcentered?

Yes it does haven't measured it but its at least 6 inches tall rectangle shape with a pin on the bottom and a hole on the top. Figured it to be factory.

I am guessing the leafs are from a chev (came with the 14b rear), 56'' chev springs where offset and may be different than a dodge offset.

What did your rear shackle angle look like?

The leafs are dodge checked the numbers to be sure that's what I was hoping for it would have been an easier fix. The shackles were about 30 to 40 degrees off set to the rear. Thinking the shackles may be what's wrong. They are 6 inches overall and 4 inches hole to hole. Thought since these 10 leafs were an option the truck might have gotten the wrong shackles from the factory guessing.

Do they look like this at all?

Keep in mind i think these are off a military vehicle so they may be beefier than a standard 1 ton pack.
