Killing the door headlight buZZer...

Just wondering if I can unplug it without messin with anything else? Reason I ask is becuase there are so many wires going into the thing. Also, I was wondering if I could just undo the one buzzer and leave the other for the stuff on the dash? I was thinking about just gutting the one for the door and leaving the other.

Anyone?

yea a few years ago i had to brake my ign lock so every time i opened the door it would go off. But it is the two tabs by themselfs. just unplug the buzzer box and fold those two tabs down and plug it back in. and them no more door buzzer

Is there some kind of dinger that can be used instead of the annoying buzzer? I like knowing that my headlights are on,but so does everyone within 30ft because of the noise it makes.

There is a wait to start buzzer!? Mine must not work. I cut one of the wires and spliced in a switch, because I don't know if it would be right if I unplugged it. I use the switch if I am in and out working on it with the ign/radio on, but for driving I leave it "on" so that I remember to turn my lights off, etc.
