Just got 93, need some cosmetic parts. Where to get??
I just got a 93 standard cab, std. tranny, 4wd. as a second truck.
I need some new taillight lenses and silly little things like that. I have a 92 that I had replaced those on a few years ago, and I remember that I got reallly nice replacements cheap somewhere on the internet, but NOW I can't remember where, or even venture a guess.
Do any of you guys know where???
I also need things like missing hubcaps, etc.,
ANy help would be appreciated. I don't like coughing up too much cash to a dealer that has rarely, if ever, treated me right.
Thanx,
Clay

I picked up new taillights for mine from the ole junkyard. Remember, these taillights are the same as a ramcharger, and there are lots of good ramchargers out there b/c they are usually not used for work the way the trucks are, and therefore the bodies tend to be a bit straighter. Ive also used ramchargers for interior parts, grills, hoods, doors, and tons of odds and ends
Taillight glass is easy; hubcaps are nearly impossible, especially for a 4-wheel drive. I searched for several weeks for baby moons with holes in the center (to accomodate my lockout hubs in the front) but I finally gave up.
However, I did find this guy with a great collection of used hubcaps and I was able to get some OEM hubcaps in great shape:

Be sure you tell him you need 12-inch diameter caps without the black textured paint in the depressions.
Note that Mopar still has a few cans of the “wet champagne” color spray paint. I painted my Ford steelies the same color as the truck so now I don’t need to use the OEM trim rings. Six of the small cans is a sufficient quantity to paint four wheels.
Good luck.
