I assume that it is safe to say that you are in the body business eh? That can't be your "hobby shop"!
Looks like high quality craftmanship to me . I like the liner!

x2 I'm drooling over your shop... Going to put my crew build to shame that is for sure.

jonny5 i am going to do the same thing. I have an 85 just like yours but i already put a 5.9 in the truck. I purchased a 92 d-250 with fairly low miles but has all the bells and whistle's plus the wiring is straight which is not straight in my original conversion. My question for you is how did you handle the rear cab mount for the cc. The mount for the x-tended cab will not match the cc rear mount. Pictures would be helpful. Thanks Augie

club cab to crew cab
Not to hijack Johny5's post, but Augie. I took a 93 extended cab 4x4 and am grafting on the crew cab body. I moved the mounts back on extended cab frame to accomodate the crew cab; I also had to rejig the floor of the truck to accomodate the frame rails of the extended cab and notched out the back of the cab to make sure the fuel tank cleared.
Send me an email at rmiss@shaw.ca and I will send you some pics on what I did.

Hey guys thanks . Im using the crew cab frame .
The only part that i had trouble with was the cross member that held the steady bearing( both trucks are standards and similar wheel base).
I was able to flip the cross member over and move it back as far as i could then made up a flat plate to hold the steady bearing.(no drive shaft cutting)
I did want to use the diesel tank but it was going to be too much work , i will loose the low fuel light by using the CC tank
