I must say thanks for the good info.

I'm suprized that pulling the shut down lever didn't kill the power, so i guess a air shut off is really needed.

And by the videos, you still had way more fuel then needed. I'm running the same setup with twins and if i get the new injectors in time then i will dyno next sat and maby set some new record.

Maby.........

No problem, like i said in the begining of the post, if any one has questions just to ask.

Im air shutoff equiped now...lol

Yea i almost wonder if i had backed some of it off that she would have made alittle more power. But its too late now. My new pump has some trick parts in it, and some time on the flow bench. Its putting out some crazy cc's for a 12mm h&r. (290 cc range) So maybe i can set a record for the 12mm h&r. Good luck with your old dodge Daking.

O and as i promised.

Pump mods at the time of the video, trimmed 4200rpm spring, no afc lever, non-ic DV's, High rpm rollers and return springs, 4mm camplate, 14mm h&r, fuel screw maxxed, KSB hotwired, one tooth advanced gear, a1000 supply with 60psi at WOT and really big fuel lines.

Engine mods, Helix 2 cam, Mahle 16-1 pistons, ported and polished head by me, back cut valves, 5anlge valve job, orings, .020 over headgasket, 12mm studs, 60lb valve springs, chromoly pushrods, ATS exh manifold with over 5lb of porting done, SPS62 with some porting, 4in exh to the trasfer case then 5in the rest of the way, 6x.016 Scheid injectors, and plenty of case pressure vents. I prolly forgot acouple things, but this will give you a pretty good idea. If i didnt mention it, its stock.

How are the 6 x .016's daily driving? Can you control the smoke with your foot in town from light to light?

They are awsome, even with no afc lever they only leave a light haze when taking off. When i say light i mean you cant hardly see the smoke. Ive daily driven 6x.018's and they arent too bad either. You just have to become one with your truck....

Interesting. I'm running an injector that's about a 6 x .012 right now. These new ones actually measure 6 x .017 and look huge in comparison. Hopefully the p-pump will be miserly enough on the bottom to keep the smoke down.

Josh you might have already posted it, but if not, could you post a shot of your dyno sheet. I would like to see the graph with that spring.

And if anyone can do the math for rpm, ive got 3.54's and 33in tall tires with the getrag tranny.

Ron A, thats alot of injector but the higher pop pressure of the ppump ought to help out with the amount of low boost smoke. I know acouple guys that have 12v's that run around with 2.8in chargers and 5x.020's, 5x.022's and they are pretty clean. Just a light haze 24/7.
