Issue fixed, another one present.

Well headlights are working good now. I had a issue with them blowing the headlight fuse on the main fuse box. Dropped down from the 65W bulbs to the 35W bulbs. The old glass bulbs are so much brighter which is strange.

Now when going down the road they will dim and then come back on full blast. Couldn't figure out what in the world was causing it. Pulled over and the grid heaters were cycling on. It was 10 degrees out but I did drive the truck that day. Is it normal for them to do this? It's drawing a lot of power and I can see the battery charge go down. It does this exactly five times and stops. Honestly I'm thinking something isn't right.

I tore apart the entire wiring system on the truck and crimped/shrinked wrapped everything. Loomed all the wires and everything was running great. I actually drove home that night and was very happy. It was running awesome for a few weeks. Now it has been colder I hope this is normal operation.

Sounds normal, the grid heaters draw ALOT of power. If it's running good then inwouldnt worry about it.

Very normal operation of the grid heaters. There is nothing wrong as described.
