Ok guys i eliminated the side to side shaking problem I was having with the shelf as well as the problem with it hanging down into my view in the rearview mirror. Took care of it all at the same time.

I simply raised the shelf 2" you can do that 2 ways either shorten the mounts, or how i did which is using 2 pieces of 1"x2" to the bottom of the shelf on each side and attach the brackets to the bottom piece. Either way this 2" raise will put it between your two above door trim pieces almost snug eliminating any chance of side to side vibration or otherwise. Heres what it looks like. I dunno if thats a good thing or not ??? Thx i think man. I try the best i can to make my truck the most unique. Not stupid stuff but i just like mine to be different, someone looks at it or peeks inside I want em to say "**** i wish i could" lol.

Heres a link to a similar material that i used, the material i used as a Fleece Throw material it measured 50" x 70" originally and i picked it up at wal-mart for about 3.50.

for anyone interested and not talented enough to build there own. There is a guy on ram charger central (Jungle) making these from aluminum.
