I just got some pics uploaded from when i installed my intercooler. Don't mind the intake horn piece.....i didn't have a proper one so i had to temporarly use the old one. Hopefully i'll get that fixed up soon.

Very, very nice work! Looks great. Fwiw, when you get yourself an intake horn, you can flip that intake manifold cover around if you want/need to. Doing so, you might have to loosen some of the fuel line holders and 'slide' the fuel line over a hair.

Looks similar to how Banks does their 89-91 intercooler setup on the intake horn.

Your pistons are appreciating that nice cool air now too .

The intercooler is out of a 2004 6L powerstroke. I got the only good part off the 6L It's at least 1.5 times bigger then the stock dodge intercooler.

bgilbert, it's good to hear i can flip that intake manifold around since i was forced to route the piping this way because the master cylinder was in the way. I really need to get a new intake piece because the way it is now, it gets very restrictive compared to the rest of the piping, plus it looks like . The whole system is 3" piping, the same size as my exhaust .

BTW Anyone have a intake piece they'd like to sell ?????

Wannadiesel, that intake tube look familiar?

G1625S, i have yet to try to bend the other intercooler but when i do i will let you know. I hopefully can do it this week

The whole turbo setup w/intercooler was very low budget. I did everything for about $500 Canadian. Most expensive part was the turbo........
