that looks like some serious size pipe on that ride of yours. allways like seeing vintage rides with ctd inside. how did it affect your egt.?

Install doesnt look bad. I'd put a heat shield on that air filter, though. I also would have gotten an elbow off the turbo, but you seem to have made it work.

I think my favorite installation would be to replace a 6.9 in a 83-86 F250/350. I have always liked that style pickup.

egt's went from 1300's to low 9's on a full throttle pull
i've fixed that already
im going to do some clean up on the connections, like you said an elbow with a v clamp is the right way just havent found one yet

i just picked up an 06 intercooler for my chevrolet conversion. That puppy is HUGE!!! The problem I have is that it is wider then my frame and a little too tall to fit under the hood without fitting between the frame rails. Did your cooler fit between your ford's frame rails without any mods? That is what it looks like from the pictures. Cool conversion.

looks pretty smooth, not to mention the swap is one of my favorite of all time.
