I want to find out from everyone with Bosch 190 injectors, how much boost they were running with them. The most I get with them, pump turned up, fuel pin is 30psi, no matter what.

I've got a solid 10psi fuel pressure to the pump and there's not really any major smoke so its got to be the injectors are limiting my fuel delivery now. I just want to see if anyone else is getting more fuel from these than I am.

my causin gets 45psi with 190's, 60mm/16. no intercooler.

maybe your intercooler is the limit

 

3200 spring in there?

Maybe you don't have enough fuel tweaks!! more power screw!!

 

Well I added 1/8" to the power screw, thanks to lincoln, 3200rpm spring. The thing pulls like a mother to 3500rpms now. I just don't think the pump can push anymore fuel through the injectors!

One thing I just thought of is I may have more on the fuel screw if I re-index the throttle to keep the idle down. I'm not sure, its been ~10months since I set the pump up and I can't remember how I set all that up. I'm pretty sure I just about had it to runaway though. I guess I'll have to mess with it again.
