Injector ??? TBoling Here

I,m looking at 80 horse injectors, and prince of Darkness injectors dose any one know if the pod injectors are 80hp? I thinking there way bigger, 370,s are to large I,m saving them for when I put on the ppump. I would like to hear lots of feed back on this Thanks.

Word around the campfire is that POD's flow a shade more than 370's...Not sure on the HP rating of the POD's, so I can't compare to your potential 80 horse units. Who makes 'em? Injector selection is fairly lame for VE-pumped trucks (untill you hit the big-dollar custom EDM crowd). The good news is POD's flow about as much as any tweaked VE can push...again, untill you get into the big$$ custom built pumps. POD's if you wanna play, 190's if you wanna tow and, if your pockets are deep enough, have a set of EDM's made to your specs!

Pods are suppose to flow more then 370's and on a non IC truck they are only suppose to add around 40hp or so and I think about 70 with the 91.5s and up. You want something bigger its gotta be custom

POD's are +60hp, 90ftlb on intercooled 91.5-93, +29hp, 60ftlb on non-intercooled 89-91 trucks. All dependant on pump settings.

thanks for clarifying that Bill. I was close . I have never seen the torque specs of them though and I knew it wasn't much on a non i/c as I hardly even knew I put different injectors in.

My injectors are 330tips and more flow. I would say between 100hp 115hp I not for sure. It,s the same injector that Eletric diesel calls pod injectors, I got the plan for my injectors from them. I did,nt there was a pod untill to day. Thanks TBoling

Do you have POD's with different tips? Or just plain jane Lucas POD's? POD's are not 100hp gain.

They are not actually pods but cloans. There stock 93 bodys 12mm at the line and 330 tips puched out for more flow per min adjusted down for more pressure. sorry about the wait I,ve been working on Robinson ride.
