Injection pump leaking

Hi all,
I have searched for leaking injection pumps, but have not been able to find the issue that I am having. Also this is my first diesel so forgive my newbieness. I have a 1993 dodge SC 4x4. There is a small tube on the pump that is dripping and is becoming worse. The truck runs great but it is leaving a puddle when I park it and I can smell diesel when at an idle. Any help would be much appreciated.

wheres the tube??? the tube on the side of the injection pump that goes up to the top of the injection pump, or the tube that is on the back side that runs to the head??? or a black rubber tube that vents to the air?

You'll have to take the top hat off and replace some gaskets. It's not hard to do, just a pain in the butt when it's on the truck :P

Thanks for the help. Unfortunetly I dont have a place to work on the truck right now (renting a place with no garage while we build) so I will have to bring the ol girl to a shop, but now at least I know what it is. Dodge Freak...what part of Iowa are you in. I was born in Orange City up in the NW Corner.

I Live in Clear Lake iowa right off I35 and am from Moulton Iowa which is just as far south as i am north now lol..... Moulton is just south of hwy 2 and is 10 minutes from centerville ia.

I'm renting a place with no garage also (except i can't afford to build lol) so my truck stays down home untill i can get it built like i want it.
