Exclamation ic dvs vs non-ic dvs

can anyone confirm with certainty that the non intercooled delivery valves for a VE do, infact, flow more and make more power than their intercooled counterparts?

At lower RPM's, yes but it is negligible. Higher there is no difference.

I remember reading somewhere it was like 10 or 15cc of fuel, but nothing was confirmed.

I'm just curious because if it is that much, I would try to find a non-ic pump and lines

I've always heard the rumor but I've never seen any numbers to put it in stone. The only thing I believe is that the DV's are the same and the only difference between the non i/c and i/c pumps are the DV holders. Non i/c holders are longer than the i/c holders.

I thought it was like 5-10cc below 1500 rpm.. i remember asking KTA about it on 1stgen. At/below 1500rpm most guys with any injectors/turbos with size to them are trying to limit fuel delivery unless they are trying to puff smoke. I thought about doing it a while back but decided if there was no change in CC's above that RPM it wasn't worth anything to me.

the non I/C holders are 5/8 " longer, and the hole in the D/V is .100". the hole in the I/C D/V is .075". that`s what I`ve measured. how much more the non I/C valve flows can be calculated. hope this helps answer the question.
