Hey; Im new here ,but need some advice. My 93 5sp truck is having starting problems,starts and runns great cold, but when I stop at the store for a cold drink she wont restart. Have to wait untill it cools down some, or give it a taste of starting fluid,then it runns fine.Ive done the easy stuff .filter,new lines,ect.I suspect injection pump.But thats an expensive guess. oh yeh just turned over 280k miles. Well I'll jump in and firstly say Welcome aboard!!!!

Now as for the hot starts, I have only one more bit to offer and that is the fuel shutdown solenoid. Usually they fail and don't come back, but maybe its hanging up when its hot and doesn't have enough juice to open. ???
