Hookin' Bumpers, 1st Gen FTW! VIDEO!

Just found this on YouTube. I realize that hooking trucks is not a real test of anything in particular, but I like seeing 1st gen trucks win at stuff, and this one gets the job done against a mean 3rd gen. Dang nice 1st gen dually, too.

Watch the whole thing if you've got time, but go to 2:18 to see the 1st gen doing work.

Sweet I am sure the guy with the newer truck was probably running his mouth too before he got pulled down the street.

Listen to how low the governor is on the 1st gen, it's like at like 2400 rpm to the floor

Thumbs down

As much as this video is awesome, it's also stupid. There would be some hurt folks if that tow strap broke and tons of steel went everywhere.

It's been my understanding that using the tow-***** for such is a huge invitation to disaster.

I thought that Powerjoke was gonna lose it's rear end

It's a pretty pointless test as stated. It's just funny how people are so willing to break stuff to prove their friends wrong.
