Help me pick a turbo upgrade

So there are just too many options. I've been kicking this around for the longest time, and so far all I've done is ruled out the HE351VE. Still deciding between an HE351CW, a used HX-40, and upgrading my '95 HX-35 with a 60mm wheel. I want to upgrade because it's very easy to bark the HX-35 as it is, and I have a slight haze at all rpm at WOT. I would also like to know how the HE351CW sounds. I hear it's kinda wenie?

351cw. you can get a good used 351cw for the same price as the upgrade kit + machine work.

And unless it's a super40, it won't be as good.

And it sounds just fine by me. Sounds very different than my current s362 I have but that's kind of understandable.

351CW. 60mm compressor, 60mm exhaust. The exhaust side will flow more than the HX35.

If you go 351cw, be sure to utilize the 4'' exhaust outlet to the most with a 4'' exhaust.
