I was swapping out u joints and my threads stripped on my yoke and I need a new one. It's the output yoke for the rear drive shaft from the transfer case! I have to go to ca from Tn tue! Moving and this is my truck to haul everything.

I believe I have the np 205 transfer case. I added a pic to see if anyone could confirm

 

You may be able to drill and tap to the next size up, and use a socket head cap screw (Allen head). You would probably want to do the same thing to the one across from it for balance. Just a thought if you can't find another yoke.

 

Looks like a 205, search ebay they have many rebuild kits. Any machine shop can install heli-coil and will be just as strong as orginal. Or you can purchase kit and do it yourself, you will need to install new grade 8 bolts are prefered and use some blue loctite on bolts
