Hi i have a 90 cummins 250 4x4 with 200k. Have owned the truck since it had 500 miles and never had to do anything besides brakes, except the usual maint. Now the 3-4 fork gave up the fight. Guess i am gonna do a full rebuild, new clutch, etc. Does anyone have a manual? I did a google search and a post by spunbearing said he has one to e-mail out. If this message makes it to this member or anyone else that has it my email is fishinjunkie@msn.com and i look forward to being apart of this forum and would appreciate any help provided.

thanks 4 the fast reply. just for later, has any one heard of putting an allison tranny behind one of these motors. i have a 6 speede reman allison, and 5.9 to allison adapter kit but need to go to divorced transfer. really not sure on the power range and tranny ratio compatibility. anyway thanks 4 the help

 

Do a search on ally swap. That will give you a lot of reading. Some of the info in the threads is good. Some shouldn't have wasted bandwidth posting.
