Having trouble finding timken bearing race #382s

I tried autozone first and they had the bearings no problem, but the races were not available. So I tried advance, carquest and napa to no avail. None of them carried timken brand and what they did have was made in china.. I said no thanks. Any idears? Who else stocks timken, I don't have a pep boys or o'reillys here.

IMO timken has gone to crap pretty much anymore. At least timken products you would get from Autozone. Will be labeled 'timken', but it's just simply a Mexican made, or some country other than the US, product inside a timken package or box. Even says that on the package.

That said, I'm lucky, I've got a good bearing, hose and fitting shop locally. I get every bearing and race for anything on the 1st gen Dodge truck through them. Off the top of my head I can't think of the brand. Pretty sure it's american made. NTN maybe? Do you have anything local like that?

Try this link. Motion shows it to be in stock. They have locations all over the place so you may be able to get it local instead of ordering it.

I tried posting the direct link but it won't work. Use the link above and select "manufacturers part number" and Timken" and it should come up.

Looks like there are 15 locations in Ohio.

The bearings say made in USA right on the bearing and the box so I figured I was OK there, otherwise I wouldn't have made the purchase. I'll check the big truck supplier and see what they stock.

I bought my Timken Bearings from my local Mom and Pop Auto Parts; they are an
Auto Value Parts Store.

They didn't have them in stock but had them in 2 hours from the distributor.

I think I have one of those auto value stores close by. I think it goes by the name bumper to bumper. I'll check them today.
