I bought a rebuild kit over the weekend for my 92 w250, but I'm curious if anyone has done a rebuild on one before? The kit only cost me about $50 so I didn't break the bank buying the stuff. Took me a couple of hours to get it all apart though. Like, 5 or 6 hours. Anyway it comes with instructions so hopefully everything goes smooth.

 

presume you mean steering box. did mine a month ago.
