You have the right idea on the 91.5. The 92.5 denotes the mid year CPL change to the 93's 1579. This got the 18cm housing, 205 injector pump, and a few other changes under the hood that are normally associated with the 93 model year. The stupid air filter housing setup comes to mind. I have 2 92s with a CPL 1579, and not a long stud and wing nut on either one. Said CPL change came between April and June 92, as Mom has a CPL 1351 built in April, and I have a CPL 1579 built in June.

I have no idea about the 93.5, unless it'd be the latest and greatest 1stGen. (The last year of a series is normally considered the best- 93s, 98s, 02s, etc).
