grid heater

I'm installing a fuse holder from the battery to the relay I use for My grid heater, how many amps fuse should I it?

Somebody told me it draws like 120 amps or something, that's why the headlights dim when it cycles on and off.
On a side note, hello neighbor I'm in silver spring near colesville.

Thank You. Hey there I have to change My address, actually I live in Frederick. I used to work near colesville and university blvd, lots of traffic on rush hour everywhere.

Are you trying to fuse the load side of the relay or the activation side of it?

The load side I believe. More specifically the wire as soon as it leaves the battery terminal. It is a 8 gauge wire and a little stiff in case it ever moves too much and before it touches anything I want to put a fuse on it so it will stop any adverse effects that could bring.

If those two wires are fused from the factory, I have never been able to find them.
