there really isnt a stage of converter. tightest to loosest they are

400/900
15 blade left hand
15 blade
10 blade

the 400/900 will be in my truck in ooooo say about 3 weeks sos ill let you know how it feels. the 400/900 and the 15 blade left hand are pretty much the same except the 15 blade left hand has more torque amplification so its better for towing and such. and its 100 bucks more then the 400/900

The 650$ is the 550$ with a lifetime warranty...

The $950 is the really tight one good for big turbos.

He mainly custom makes them to your app.....

300/800 is even tighter than the 400/900. Thats what mine is and all I can say is its real tight.

mine too...

Mike, you don't have a problem getting the turbo spooled with the converter being that tight? Dave at Goerend said it might be a problem down the road when i upgrade the turbo depending on what i go with.

Actually for a big turbo most folks like a looser converter so they can get the BIG turbo to light. Ie more stall speed.

Only if I'm towing fairly heavy does it come out of the hole slow, once your rolling its fine.
