GM dually front hubs

Hi everyone, well dad and I are finally working on skittles again after he tried towing to much with a rust belt frame and bent it like a pretzel. Anyways we repaired the frame and have swapped the single wheel rear out for a 3.54 Limited slip dually version. Now were taking on the front end. He had purchased a set of Chevy front hubs and everything looked identical. Well I checked and yes they had 9/16 lugs. I had a new 5/8 in my dually glove box and it wont fit in the chevy hub. I could have swore others had said the only change was to swap out the lugs to the larger ones. Well they don't fit! Do you just run the smaller 9/16" lugs/nuts on the front? Thanks everyone for your helpful advice

Swapping to 9/16" studs is proven for the SRW. (Did it on mine) The DRW hub must have different sized holes.

Does the GM hub have the recesses to accommodate the DRW's coined wheels?

No it doesn't. I never even thought of the wheel coins. I know others have done this swap and used the Dodge wheels. I purchased the chevy 9/16 lug nuts.
