getrag 4x4 to 4x2 and pto

I was wondering what I need to do to take a 4x4 getrag to 4x2 just get the tail shaft? Also I am repowerin a ford roll back and need a pto for the getrag.

Tail shaft and extension housing.

PTO's are pretty standard, that should just be a matter of money or a good find on Ebay or Craigslist.
