im trying to convert my dana 61 to 3.54 gears to match my d80 rear and i cant find the spacer used.. can anyone help?

 

Did you try Randies ring and pinion?

 

Yeah. No luck. Someone also said something about runnning 3.31 gears because nothing has to be changed in either axle

 

Are you still running a 727?

yeah I am. I got the 47rh but still no TC or adapter plate. Let me know if you can find me those parts. I really want to get gears for my front because I bought new tie rod ends, pin rebuild kit, all new inner and outer seals, drag link and bearings. I'd also like to bw able to use 4wd again

 

I might have an open carrier for that front axle in one of the spare parts bins.
If you can live without a locker, I will see if I can dig it out on monday or tuesday.

 

Just put smaller tires on one of the axles until their speeds match up!
