Front springs

Folks,
need to know a good source for replacement front springs. Mine seem to be flat and sagging. Im looking for a OEM replacement if possible. I did a search on the forum and seen many aftermarket type that seem out of my price range. also if you look at my attached photo you will see a bracket that is around the top spring and wedged between the second spring. this is only like this on one of the springs. is this normal?

Thanks!

Price range is below $500 for a pair if possible. I guess my biggest worry is why is that bracket between the top and second spring and only on that one front spring? is this something to be concerned with, or what would be the purpose of this? Any help is appreciated!

That is supposed to be around the spring pack. Holds them in alignment. At least it does until they are installed. Don't know if it's a concern other than wearing into the springs, but they are shot already.

Stay away from SDSPRINGS.... You will regret buying from them, as I, Paul and others already are.

I had mine re-done @ the local spring shop for under $500. Took me 45 minutes to take them out and about 2.5 hours to put them back in, with following the torque specs.

Eaton Detroit Springs SCREWED me royal, buyer beware!

Around $500 for useless total junk. Then it would have been on my dime to ship them back, plus my dime to return the proper ones to me again after their first total failure, IF THEY EVEN DECIDED MINE WERE GARBAGE!??? Even at that, the most they said they would do is cold bend the original ones they sent! They sagged out to the bump stops immediately at install, and this is on a 4BTA, not even a 6BT!

Sure, I want to pay TRIPLE shipping on a set of springs that were far, far less than what was requested or advertised!

I put a pair of skyjacker 2" lift springs in mine. I paid $350. I installed them a year ago and they are already flat. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this too.

I'm disappointed to hear the skyjackers are so poor they were looking like my only affordable option. why can no one make a spring that doesn't sag?

Those seems to be popular lately: http://www.customsuspension.com/stor...oducts_id=1861

I gave them a try I should receive and install them by the end of this week. I'll give my review when I'll try it on bad roads.. Glen, They are in BC, that is nice for us too.

I ordered a set of the parabolic springs from www.customsuspension.com .....I am just saving up for some new tires and will put everything on at the same time. The springs look great, I got them delivered a couple weeks ago.
