Front End Parts And Questions

I need some tie rod ends to start with, but what are they talking about when they ask if I want an inner tie rod end or an Outer?
Also, how do I aquire a new steering coupler, mine is wore badly? Is it a dealership item, or can i find one floating on the net?
Thanks!

On a 4WD there are only a right and left outer, no inners. 2WD trucks have inners and outers. I believe there in info in the sticky about rebuilding the steering coupler

You can usually find steering coupler rebuild kits on ebay.

Here's one ; http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NOS-M...spagenameZWD1V

Napa has the tie rod ends. They have the drag link, too. I just put all that on my truck, except for the coupler (I have a Borgeson double u-joint shaft). Steering is nice and tight now.
